Refund policy

Returns or exchanges are processed once the original item is sent back to us. Please note that we are unable to offer a direct exchange without receiving the first item.

1. When Can You Return or Exchange?

We accept return/exchange in the following cases:

A) If the mistake is from our side

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Wrong size/article delivered
  • Damaged product received

B) If the customer wants a size exchange

  • Customer will send back the article
  • After receiving the item, we will issue a coupon code
  • Customer must place a new order using that coupon

2. How the Process Works

  1. Customer shares order number + pictures/videos of the item.
  2. Our team verifies the issue.
  3. Customer sends the product back through any courier (self-courier).
  4. After inspection, we issue:

·         Store Credit / Coupon Code (equal to product amount)

  1. Customer uses the coupon to place a new order for the correct size or any other product.

3. Refund Policy

  • No cash refund.
  • Only Store Credit / Coupon Code will be provided.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • If the product is used or damaged by the customer, return will not be accepted.
